Our Qualifications
We are members of the Arboriculture Association and registered as approved contractors. The Arboriculture Association is the UK authority for arboricultural good practice; it delivers professional standards and guidance, ensuring responsible and competent management of trees, as such we are a professional company, adhering to all BS 3998 standards.
All the operational staff at Branching out arb Limited are qualified to Industry recognised standards including NPCT City & Guilds and Lantra Awards as well as being trained in forestry first aid + F. Additionally staff are trained and adhere to Health & Safety awareness standards set by Bali, the British National Landscapes Industry. We are a strong company with the resources to deliver work required in a timely and always safe manner and respond rapidly when the need is an emergency, avoiding un-wanted customer delays.

Matt is a highly experienced and fully qualified tree surgeon with over 20 years in the arboricultural industry, he has built a strong reputation for delivering professional, reliable, and safe tree surgery services. Having successfully run his own tree surgery business for more than a decade, he has worked extensively with both residential and commercial clients, managing projects of all sizes—from routine tree maintenance and pruning to complex dismantling and large-scale site clearance.
His expertise is backed by comprehensive industry qualifications and a deep practical understanding of tree health, safety regulations, and best practice standards. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction, he provides tailored advice and solutions that balance safety, aesthetics, and environmental responsibility. Through consistent quality workmanship and trusted service, he has developed long-standing relationships with homeowners, businesses, and local organisations alike.
